This party utilizes all six base classes so you have a variety of support skills & ensures that you have multiple ways to deal with magical and physical threats. With five mixed bruisers that can take physical and magical attacks and a dodge tank that can dodge almost anything, almost half the party should be able to step in to fill any particular gap.

High damage specialists and support round out the party: champion builds are the highest damage and most accurate player phase attackers and aren’t even that fragile, such that they can qualify as physical bruisers instead of pure attackers. A pair of snipers ensure that you can focus high accuracy physical damage where you need & as safely as possible. Corvan is maybe a little redundant with so many bruisers already, but he could be swapped for more support/healing/magical attackers when needed. Aurima and Alden provide some additional magical damage and the latter dodge & accuracy support.

Bianca with surge for ranged chains will ensure that you can lock down whatever the single biggest threat is (save bosses) so you can focus taking out other foes first. Her amazing dodge with Kitara’s Chord ensures she can aggressively lock down without worrying about reprisals & surge will enable her to counter (at least) 35% of the time even with Kitara’s Chord nuking her accuracy.
